End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of Alpha Draconis software products, including but not limited to Sentinel Pro, Sentinel Lite, Hydra Core, and all MQL5 Expert Advisors and Indicators distributed through alphadraconis.io.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Alpha Draconis grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of machines permitted by your license tier. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. License Key and HWID Binding

Each license key is bound to a single hardware identifier (HWID) upon first activation. The HWID is computed from a SHA-256 hash of your system's CPU, BIOS, Machine GUID, and Volume Serial. Re-binding to a different machine requires administrative approval. License keys follow the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

3. Restrictions

You shall not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; (b) share, sell, or transfer your license key; (c) circumvent HWID binding or license validation; (d) use the Software to provide competing services; (e) remove or alter any proprietary notices.

4. Subscription Terms

Subscription-based licenses automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime licenses do not expire but are subject to the HWID binding restrictions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALPHA DRACONIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE TRADING PERFORMANCE, RETURNS, OR SPECIFIC OUTCOMES. ALL FINANCIAL DECISIONS REMAIN YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY. Past performance does not indicate future results.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALPHA DRACONIS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE LICENSE.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies. Alpha Draconis may terminate inactive licenses after 12 months of non-validation.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City. For EULA inquiries, contact: legal@alphadraconis.io.
